Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy – Extended Beauty
1. Notice Requirement:
Clients must provide at least 48-24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
2. Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in 50% of the service total.
3. No-Shows:
Failure to show up for an appointment without any notice will result in a fee of 100% of the service total.
4. Fee Payment:
Fees must be paid before any future appointments can be scheduled.
5. Grace Exceptions:
I understand life happens! One grace may be offered at my discretion, but repeated offenses may result in being unable to rebook.
6. Running Late:
If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled, and a late fee may apply.
7. Deposits are required for new clients, 2nd offenses, and large services at the stylist discretion.
8. More than 2 reschedules will result in losing your initial deposit and a new deposit will be required. ( The first initial deposit will no longer go towards your service. Your second deposit WILL go towards your rescheduled appointment )
